Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders for digital services are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, there may be a short delay due to high transaction volumes or technical issues.

Confirmation: You will receive an email or SMS confirmation for every successful transaction, detailing the amount, service provider, and date/time of the transaction.

Transaction Issues

Failed Transactions: If your transaction fails but your account is debited, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive a refund within this period, please contact our support team for assistance.

Delayed Transactions: While most transactions are processed instantly, some may take a few minutes due to network delays. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your transaction history in your NTSM Pay account or contact customer support.
