Due to the nature of mobile and other recharge services, once a transaction is successfully processed and the recharge is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. This policy is in place because the funds are immediately transferred to the respective service provider, and we are unable to retrieve them.

Platform Fees Refund

While we do not offer refunds for completed recharges, we do provide a refund for platform fees under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with our services or if there was an error on our part, you may request a refund of the platform fees within 7 days of the transaction date.

Conditions for Platform Fees Refund

To be eligible for a platform fees refund, the following conditions must be met:

Refund Request: The refund request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
Proof of Transaction: You must provide proof of the transaction, such as the transaction ID, date, and time of the transaction.
Reason for Refund: A valid reason for requesting the refund of platform fees must be provided. This includes service errors, technical issues, or dissatisfaction with our platform.

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the platform fees will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the exact time frame may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Transactions

Please note that the following transactions are non-refundable:
Completed mobile recharges and other recharge services.
Transactions outside the 7-day refund request window.
Platform fees for transactions that do not meet the refund conditions outlined above.
