Welcome to Ezy NTSMPE! These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our recharge and bill payment services. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ezy NTSMPE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the services provided by Ezy NTSMPE.
2. Services Provided
Ezy NTSMPE offers the following services to its registered members:
- Mobile prepaid and postpaid recharges
- DTH (Direct-to-Home) recharges
- Utility bill payments (e.g., electricity, water, gas, etc.)
Please note that service availability may vary based on your region and the service providers associated with our platform.
3. User Registration
To use the services offered by Ezy NTSMPE, you must first register and create an account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided are correct. Ezy NTSMPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information.
4. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on Ezy NTSMPE must be completed using the accepted payment methods. We use secure third-party payment gateways to process your payments.
- Refunds: All successful transactions are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a proven error by Ezy NTSMPE or the service provider. In the event of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, the refund will be processed within 7 working days as per our refund policy.
5. Usage Restrictions
You agree to use the Ezy NTSMPE platform strictly for personal, lawful purposes. Any unauthorized or fraudulent activities, such as tampering with recharges or accessing another member’s account, will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and legal action may be taken against you.
6. Service Availability and Downtime
We aim to provide uninterrupted services; however, Ezy NTSMPE does not guarantee that the services will always be available without any interruptions, delays, or errors. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system updates, or other factors beyond our control. Ezy NTSMPE shall not be held responsible for any service interruptions or delays caused by third-party service providers or network issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ezy NTSMPE will not be liable for:
- Any delay in recharge or bill payment due to issues with the respective service provider.
- Any incomplete or failed transactions resulting from network issues or other technical difficulties.
- Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
8. Third-Party Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party services or external websites, such as payment gateways and service provider platforms. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for any issues that arise from their use. Your interaction with these services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third parties.
9. Modifications to Terms
Ezy NTSMPE reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified through email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ezy NTSMPE’s services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in any illegal activities.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
